"We don't tolerate scorpions in our homes - Neither should you!"

Hello!

I'm Georgia Clubb, Founder of Seal Out Scorpions.

William, Mike and I have been helping residents, with some of the highest scorpion populations, keep scorpions out of their homes for over 13 years.

  • Fearful or frustrated because scorpions are getting inside?
  • Unable to relax in the house - ready to move?
  • Afraid you or a family member will get stung - Or have you already been stung?
  • Have you received poor results from a pest control technician or previous sealing?
  • Are you using harmful dusts and powders?
  • Are you just concerned they're in the neighborhood and want to protect the house?

I've experienced all of this and more.  As an Arizona native, I grew up in the East Valley and didn't know we had scorpions in the city, let alone they got in our homes.  That was until I purchased my first house.

In the first home I purchased, I averaged 5-10 scorpions per year inside.  I developed a phobia.  Five years after living in the home I got stung in bed and didn't find it until 10 minutes later - still on me.  I left the home about 2 a.m. and never stayed another night there.  After two years in my second home, I moved out.  Again because of scorpions.

I moved to my third home in the area I grew up, which I felt to be "scorpion free".  I lived there 3 years and never saw one.  I then moved two streets over to my fourth home - which I still live in.  The night I moved in I had 22 dead ones around the baseboards and 6 live ones in the basement.  Over the course of two months I had an additional 32 sightings in the house and was finding up to 60 a night outside doing black light searches (I kept a detailed log as I was going after my seller for not disclosing the scorpion problem).

I began working with several pest control and sealing companies.  I wasn't too optimistic because they hadn't helped me much in the past.  Again, I got poor results.  Out of fear and desperation, I decided some how I was going to get them under control, at least temporarily so I could get rid of the home.

This set me on a course of intense scorpion and insecticide study including the works of scientists from ASU's environmental research, University of Arizona, Purdue University along with the texts of world renowed scientists dedicated to the research of scorpions and data from manufacture's R&D departments.  It was my intense study, a property infested with scorpions, my contracting background and my strong motivation based on fear and desperation that resulted in me learning how to get and keep scorpions out of the home - from a scientific approach.  The business resulted from my gained scorpion expertise, my frustration with the limitations of many in the pest control community and empathy with people living with scorpions and not knowing what to do.

I still live in my fourth home which is still in a highly scorpion populated, East Valley neighborhood.  However, I do not tolerate scorpions in my home, nor do I believe you should.

Give us a call or send an email, whether interested in the service or not.  I'm happy to answer your scorpion questions and at least put you on the right path to getting and keeping scorpions out of your house.
