I’ve built over 600 upscale custom homes in my 32 year career. I was skeptical about the work that was going to be done by Seal out Scorpions but read the reviews and decided to take a chance. The crew they sent out sealed “Everything” plugs, switches, vents, light fixtures, baseboards and doors! They did some of the best quality work I’ve seen inside and out and double checked everything with a special light when they were done. There were all friendly, courteous long time employees and took time to explain the multi pronged approach. As you can tell I can’t recommend them highly enough! What a great experience!

They sealed our home up 7 years ago after an infestation. They completely solved our problem and gave our family piece of mind. We have stayed with them for monthly treatments. Recently after some plumbing work on our home, we realized the scorpions were getting back in. They immediately addressed the problem. Their technician Jeff was incredible. He spent many hours here at the house, finding any possible way they could be getting in and resealed our doors. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough, we are So happy with his work. The fellas were courteous, timely, informative, and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. I'd envisioned moving stuff all over the place, but they were able to access areas more readily than I'd thought. It was a concierge service in many ways, and I feel like I understand scorpions better now - not that I ever want to socialize with the nasty buggers. Anyway, I've followed the suggestions regarding cleaning up below bushes, removing potential hiding spots, and so on. Well worth the money for the peace of mind.

We moved to a 6 year old neighborhood in Chandler where no one had seen a scorpion, until the summer we moved in. Now the place is literally crawling with them. We killed about 50 in the 1st two nights in the home and I was very nervous.

I began calling exterminators but was getting the same story about "kill the food supply" and frankly that did not work in our old house. I found Georgia at Seal Out Scorpions and was impressed by her knowledge of scorpion behavior. She was the only one with a comprehensive plan to truly eliminate scorpions on our property, including advice for home spraying.

I am happy to say that in only a few months, we are virtually scorpion free (the occasional wanderer shows up on the back wall, but nothing near our home) whereas just 2 houses down they are still seeing 2 or 3 scorpions IN THEIR HOUSE every week.

Seal Out Scorpions is the most legitimate, reliable company that I have personally used to take care of something with regards to my home. Our home had a huge issue with scorpion activity 2 summers ago (50+ scorpions in about a 3 month period). I didn't know what to do and was considering moving. I gave Seal Out Scorpions a call and Georgia was extremely friendly and took a considerable amount of time to explain everything I would need to know about what they could do for my home to rid my home of scorpions. Although sealing our home was a bit costly, their prices were a lot lower than other companies and could not only guarantee their work for than other companies suggested but also had a maintenance program. The technicians (especially Mike) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Within the first year after their service, we saw a scorpion than probably came in on a package. This past year, we had a couple dead scorpions that probably have been in a house for years. There sealing works. I am so grateful for their honest work.

I have worked with Seal Out Scorpions for 7 years, and would not use any other provider. Service is always thorough, I haven't seen a scorpion in my house since they it was sealed. Prior to sealing I saw from 5-20 per month depending on the season.
